We ship worldwide. Every order includes tracking.

Shipping options

- Free shipping on every order. United States: arrives in 5 to 12 business days. International: arrives in 7 to 20 business days.

- Express shipping for $4. United States: arrives in 2 to 5 business days. International: faster tracked delivery, with times that vary by country.

Processing time

We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak season, because of customs processing, or because of carrier delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes and cancellations

Before your order ships, you can change the delivery address or cancel your order by emailing viareline@outlook.com with your order number. Once a tracking number has been issued, we can no longer change or cancel the order.

Lost packages

If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, let us know and we will investigate with the carrier.
